• Contact form submissions: name, phone, email, and any message content you voluntarily submit.
• Client engagement records: tax returns, financial statements, and other documents you provide to us in the course of a paid engagement. These are held under professional confidentiality and only shared with tax or regulatory authorities when legally required.
• Website analytics: anonymous aggregate Core Web Vitals data (page load speed, layout stability) — no cookies, no user tracking, no personal identifiers.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule your initial consultation.
• To deliver the specific accounting, tax, or advisory services you engage us for.
• To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations as a licensed accounting firm.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

Data retention

Contact form submissions that do not lead to an engagement are retained for up to 90 days, then purged. Client engagement records are retained per IRS and Florida regulatory requirements (typically 7 years for tax records) after which they are securely destroyed.

Data security

Electronic records are stored on encrypted, password-protected systems with access limited to the personnel required for your engagement. Physical records are stored in a locked office with restricted access.

Third-party services

We use a small number of third-party services to operate this website:

• Cloudflare: website hosting and DDoS protection.
• Resend: transactional email delivery for contact form submissions.

Each service is bound by its own privacy commitments and operates only on the data strictly required.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of your information (subject to our legal record-keeping obligations).
